Nathan, the owner helped me with a problem that I had in a rental cabin that I own in Sevierville, TN. He installed a remote control that controlled the surround sound system, cable box, TV, DVD player, and a input for a gaming system. I was able to replace all the remotes wirh the one he installed. He subsequently had to make a service call to take care of a problem that was guest related and he did not charge me anything. I was so frustrated before I met him that I was in the process of buying a new system. I thank God that I found this man and his company. It is great that there are still people that are honest and dependable.

I purchased a comercial wi-fi system and a Theater System.

Yes they were awesome and very thorough. The went over everything including the remote control for the theater system.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. I appreciated there honesty and the fact they were not trying to sell me anything more than what was required. Even after the installation they welcomed any of my phone calls when I had questions.

Yes absolutely! The quality goes beyond the price and our family loves our theater system! I don't know which is greater, the picture or the sound, its really great!
